Welcome to C&C Wellness Studio. Let me introduce myself, Carolann Saracco aka C.A ,massage therapist, personal trainers, nutritionist, life coach, wellness coach, and medical massage certified. I hold a BS in Health and Wellness from Purdue university, as well as North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I pride myself on being holistic and passionate about our wellness ,bringing a balance to life, and help others enjoy a healthy lifestyle. As a professional massage therapist, I have a spiritual respect of the human body. It is a honor to work with others in this way and I believe that doing so creates a more peaceful world. Professional Massage Therapists have extensive training in human anatomy and physiology, kinesiology (the study of muscles and movement), pathology, and ethics. We are not judging your body, we are working on your muscles Remember to Breathe It’s fine to underdress completely, in fact we prefer it . We are trained to properly drape clients.
